• Voice-enabled patient interview and survey capabilities
• Integration with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including Epic
• Data analytics and reporting tools
• Administrative dashboards and management interfaces

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

5. Healthcare Data and HIPAA Compliance

The Service is designed to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). By using the Service with PHI, you agree to:

• Execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Ansur AI before processing PHI
• Use the Service only in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations
• Ensure that all users under your account are authorized to access PHI
• Maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards
• Report any suspected security incidents or breaches immediately

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ansur AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Ansur AI a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in your subscription agreement.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies
• You may export your data prior to termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANSUR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ansur AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
